i love the cookies, and the fact that you can cater to anyone needing a last minute request..the downfall was this time, and has never happened, but I ordered 2 cookies not on stick, I arrived they were on a stick so the clerk had to fix them..i also mentioned black lettering brown paws on cookie..got everything black...so this time a bit disappointed but maybe it was a misunderstanding on the person taking the order

The person I spoke with on the phone -- listened! She then made suggestions and asked pertinent questions to make the order as personal and appropriate as possible. She was friendly, efficient and well spoken. Later in the day I received a call clarifying the address... The 'recipient' was so pleased!!! She posted a picture and a huge smile/thank you on Facebook -- and the cookies looked perfect. Exactly what we had hoped to accomplish. Thanks!!!
