There was some confusion initially because I was originally in communication with someone from the corporate office, who was also very nice, but when she left on maternity leave I wasn't sure where my order stood. So, I went to the store to talk with someone in person. Everyone that I dealt with in person and through email, was very friendly and professional and made sure I received what I ordered in a timely fashion.
