first off the cookies are delicious. i sent the basket to my daughter and son in law and new baby grandson. they loved it. the arrangement and basket are lovely. the decorated cookies are so beautiful. my daughter lives in danbury ct and delivery was no problem. i am very happy and will definetly use cookies by design for my future needs.

Product was good, but we had an incident with the delivery driver. Apparenty this delivery person has made other deliveries to our company. He refused to deliver the cookies to the requested location once at the building. He then pushed past our security person at the door. Please do not have this person deliver to our facility again.
LOVE sending cookies instead of flowers - and even MORE glad I can still send them to gluten free friends (being someone who has celiac myself). THANK YOU for taking the time and effort to produce gluten free cookies that are actually safe for people with celiac disease. It is so important and a rare quality to find in a company. I am sure it is not easy for y'all to do, but please do keep doing it! I hope you are getting enough gluten free business to keep this line going!
