I have ordered from you a few times and every time the product has looked just as expected and been delicious. However, what really sets your company apart is the customer service. The first time i ordered from your company when my basket delivered, there were some broken cookies. I called and everyone was so helpful replacing it by the following day. This time there was a mix up with the address. Everyone was so helpful and professional working it out that i would recommend the company to all of my friends and colleagues, and look forward to ordering something again.

Quality - extremely delicious. Delivery - wonderful to have this available. The packaging and care help to ensure the cupcakes look like they're supposed to when they arrive. Variety - excellent selection to choose from that will satisfy the any and every sweet tooth in attendance.

The cookies were big and very bright and colorful.
The bouquet was beautiful and the cookies were delicious. Based on the note I put on my message, one cookie was decorated to state the college my daughter will be attending. That was so nice!!! I displayed the cookie bouquet on Senior Night and was able to share with everyone what Cookies by Design could do.
I plan on using Cookies by Design in the near future and would recommend everyone do the same.
