The customer service agent that assist me was very helpful in helping pick out the appropriate cookie bouquet for Valentines, and she was very professional. Also, my valentines truly enjoyed the cookie bouquet.
Excellent customer service--I had a question about the delivery address and an employee called me to confirm everything was ok. Plus, the delivery person called me to tell me that it was delivered successfully--this was not only unprecedented but also comforting since I wanted to make sure it got there on our son's0 birthday and we're 2000 miles away!
