The cookies are fantastic, always cleverly designed and fresh. Also, the customer service was excellent. An accident prevented the cookies from being delivered on time but I received a call explaining the situation. This is excellent service on the part of this franchise and made me feel I mattered.

Easy to order. Great prices. It was delivered on the correct day on time (something else I ordered for my mom was delivered a day early and she was not home to receive it). I love all of the choices and that I could choose the number of cookies (helped with the price) instead of 1 set item at 1 set price. Thank you.

Flowers are not always the right thing to send. Cookies are something different that everyone enjoys getting. I wanted to lift the spirits of my sister and her family after the tragic death of their 24 year old son. The funeral was a couple weeks ago and I wanted to let them know they are still in my heart and prayers. They have received flowers and more flowers. Cookies were something the whole family could enjoy and my sister sent me a very nice text to thank me. They really make the recipient feel special. Thank you!

I was very disappointed that delivery was not made until 4:40 on a Friday at a business. Luckily the gifts were still there on Monday morning but the actual birthday had come and gone. Had to call my brother to explain instead of it being a surprise on his big day.

I scheduled a delivery at at a medical center in libertyville not knowing the patient was checking out the day of delivery. Your team was very responsive contacting me and rescheduled the delivery the next day to their home. Excellent customer service and design. Thank you!
