The delivered cookies were decorated the same as pictured in the online ad. The person receiving the cookies said they were too pretty to eat and all of the nurses at the hospital came to take a look at them. Eventually they decided to try some and said they were fantastic. The only thing I was confused about was the "FREE12FEB" promotion. There was supposed to be a dozen free cookies but when I applied the code to the order, it didn't take any money off and I don't believe there were 2 dozen cookies delivered. However, I did not see the cookies in person (my sister sent a picture of them + it didn't look like there were more than a dozen cookies at the bottom). But they made her smile and that was the point afterall.
They were able to deliver a special birthday bouquet to my son same day and in a heavy snow storm! Awesome!
