The recipient of the cookies raved about how fresh and how pretty they were. I like the fact that the order was filled the day after I placed the order. I have used Cookies by Design often...some in other cities. There has never been a complaint. In the Nashville company location, they always called me to tell me that the bouquet had just been delivered. I think that is a classy touch!

Good quality...appreciated the phone call to let me know the delivery had been made. Pleased that what I saw online, matched what was delivered...which is not the case many times with florist deliveries. It's always good to EXCEED customer expectations versus meet/not meet the customer expectations.
