They have very nice work/designs. It was easy to order online and the turn around time to delivery was fast. I made a mistake on my card and I called the store to correct it. The lady I talked to was extremely nice. My niece is enjoying her basket!

When I telephoned & asked for the charges for shipping, handling & taxes, I got an immediate response with that information. Then, when I placed the order, Fran, was helpful in telling me that I could personalize the cookie bouquet with the baby's name at no extra charge. She assured me that the delivery would be made the next day.

Everything was fresh. I had a dozen cupcakes sent to my daughter for her birthday. You were able to change the deliver day and that was great.The only problem was the birthday card was wrong.
