I worked with Andrea, in the Cookies By Design location, who was very helpful and followed up with me to make sure I had the correct email address to send an attachment that I wanted to go out with the delivery, and Elizabeth, who delivered the package did a fabulous job finding the location of the actual delivery point, due to the fact this place was not a conventional office building, something had not been aware of when I was given the address.

Overall, this was a very good experience on my end and shortly after the delivery, we received an email from the recipient that the cookie package was a big hit.
