I have never ordered from cookie’s by design but Elaine was extremely helpful in explaining the different options available to me. They were delivered on time, they were beautiful, and they were delicious!

Every time I order Cookies, I and the recipient have been extremely satisfied. I love that I am notified when they are delivered. Most recently there was a problem with no one home at the delivery spot. A call to the home owner and the problem was solved by a neighbor taking the delivery in. Thank you for your great service and product!

The girl baby shower cookie favors were amazing, everyone was so impressed by them. Every single one of them were gone by the time the shower was over. I am not local to IN , I'm actually in Texas - So, I had no choice but to trust the advertised product. This company is top notch , I placed the order online then called the store with a special request (I spoke with Linda) , when the cookie bouquet was delivered it was a HIT! The delivery woman did a great job making sure the cookies were delivered on a really hot day.

My husband wasn't home when they delivered, so they called me to let me know - which is awesome. More awesome is that he placed the cookie box in the shade which I really appreciate and is even more awesome. Most awesome were the cookies themselves. YUM :)

Lady from Plymouth store called me to clarify details on my order( (so pleasant). - wish I remembered her name! She even agreed to add names on 2 of the cookies which added to the beautiful display.

I have dealt with the Plymouth store several times - always a positive experience.

My only thought is that the advertising of the Bou-tray could be clearer about how many total cookies there are.
