The driver made the extra effort to contact me when he/she couldn't find the location and even though I responded after he/she had already left, he/she went back and delivered it anyway so that my daughter would receive the bouquet on the day of her birthday. I was very impressed!

I order for my dad all the time and he just loves them. One thing I will say is that I was told I would receive confirmation that they were delivered and I never got that which is disappointing as I am not in the same state so it makes me wonder if he ever did receive them.
