I left each of the ladies a tip of $15.00 each & separately - not in front of each other.
I had guest at the house.
We noticed within a few minutes after they left, that they had combined the money ( a 10 and a 5 dollar bill each and put them together ($30.00) folded it together and threw it out on the grass at the front porch.
I presume that they believed that it was an inadequate tip.
That is why I called you on Friday and ask what an appropriate tip should be.
I presume their unhappyness means that I should not use your service again.

My MIL's home needed to be cleaned before going on the market. Four ladies came to the house, which was completely empty, and spent 5 1/2 hours cleaning. It's a 1900 sft home. The job was scheduled quickly and the cleaning crew showed up promptly on time. I would HIGHLY recommend Merry Maids for home cleaning.

Worked very well with my needs and got so much done with the time frame I gave them. Even worked very well around my four year old wanting to help. They were such sweet ladies and not at all judgmental with how messy my house was. They made me feel reassured and at ease with the entire process, and I was so happy with the results- with a great price at that! I’m so excited to keep on this journey with merry maids and so relieved to have the help I needed!
