After the two Merry Maid ladies who did a good job for a single room and bathroom, which had not been throughly cleaned, not in weeks or months, but instead years (this condition was due to the home owners complete lack of and unwillingness to cooperate with anybody to address this earlier), they worked for 4 hours (yep that's right) to return the areas back to an acceptable cleanliness! There were a few very minor areas that could have been done better, but for an initial clean, very good job Merry maids. Looking forward to additional visits!

the cleanser used by Merry Maids has a nice clean smell. We have been providing the floor cleanser, Bona, for our laminate flooring.

The ladies did a very good job. I'm pleased with them.
I would like to request they use a different cleaning solution on the floor. There was a sticky residue on my kitchen floor when we walked on it. The floor was dry to the touch, so we didn't walk on it while still wet. Can they use what I have?

The house smelled clean and fresh. I liked the constant contact about the progress of the cleaning. They did a good job. I would like to see about laundry washing and folding.
