The service was outstanding. I have been to many spas and this service was the best I've ever experienced. We had a brief but thorough discussion at the start to be clear on areas of focus. The pressure was exactly what I asked for. All of my knots were gone and remain gone today, without soreness from too much pressure.

The front reception staff was professional and helpful. The waiting area was pleasant and the massage therapist was punctual. The massage rooms are clean, soothing and provide an area to hang clothing. The therapist listened to my needs and provided a very therapeutic massage. Overall, very positive experience.

I like everything but most of all I like that when I schedule my next session, I get an email invite that I can put into my calendar. I have always requested Pauleene and will continue to do so. She is awesome

I like the personalized attention. Everyone is very attentive on the phone, polite and interested in explaining the services or in helping to accommodate to my needs. I like the specials that are offered mid-week. There also seems to be a standardization of training for the therapists in how to approach the client. Each one always asks what area I want to focus on both at the start and shortly before the end of the session. My experience is that
all staff from the front end to the therapists are very professional.

I've had wonderful massages from all the therapists that I've seen. Mike helped tremendously with my back issues and I enjoyed the neck, shoulder and face massage I received from Hillary. Great establishment!
