The pre-massage coordination was excellent. While I thought the email was plenty the call did not hurt. The facility is in great shape. Jennifer did an excellent job and I certainly appreciated the overall level of service.

Attentitive to me
Get softer towels or use fabric softener, the towels are very scratchy and don't really feel good. Other than that the service is wonderful
