Love the one on one instruction. Not the same exercises every visit. Luke my trainer does a great job with encouraging me to keep going. I am a non athletic 50 year old women that wanted to gain some strength and work on losing weight. I definitely see improvement.
Dan and Sam are terrific. They are both professional, knowledgeable attuned to particular needs. I couldn't be happier and strongly recommend training with FT Medfield.

The facility is clean, the trainers are friendly and very knowledgeable and on time.
Austin and Sara really take the time needed to customize a workout program that builds strength, helps balance, and coordination, and improves overall health. Staying healthy is far more valuable than getting sick. It is also a whole lot cheaper.

I enjoy being able to work out via Zoom. Exercising twice a week has kept me sane (So far! ) during the COVID Pandemic. I appreciate the flexibility of the trainers who modify my program on days when I have issues such as back pain or stiffness.

Friendly staff, excellent training and instruction on proper technique, personalized workouts
Fitness Together had been the total package - which for me personally is why I have been with them for years! They train, coach, guide, educate and cheer me on. The setting is family friendly amd never intimidating. When COVID hit, they were able to pivot quickly working at my speed and comfort level, training via Zoom. I never missed a beat and feel lucky to work with such kind and knowledgeable trainers. Kacey is outstanding!!
