What do you like about our restaurant?

The ability to take great ingrediants and prepare them simply and correctly! There are alot of Italian restaurants in Atlanta and they seem to want to be creative on the menu but they fail in executing. I have never had a bad meal or service at La Tavola. The dishes are always presented well and are always tasty. I like the the option of the small serving of pasta, because it allows you to sample more of the menu. The wine list is well put together and has several reasonable choices. Both of the lady bartenders are great at mixing perfect cocktails and they provide great service as well if you fail to make a reservation and eat a meal at the the bar. Last Saturday we had an excellent meal. We had the "La Grassa" prix fixe. The Duck mortadella and pork cheeks were delicious. The smoked potatoes with the Monkfish were special too. The Parmesan Panna Cotta was savory and sweet. Sidney, our server, was great too and made a nice suggestion to try the poached apricot tart.

Alli and Chris always give impeccable service at the bar and I can count on their knowledge of both the wine selections and the menu items. I am never disappointed with their recommendations. Always an enjoyable experience.

We loved the La Grassa menu. So much so that we went twice. That pasta with grilled radicchio should be part of the regular menu! So good! La Tavola is consistently the best restaurant in town, service is always top-notch, and the food is always delicious.

I love the staff (from Megan at the front door, to Jeff, John and Alli) ... you guys are always super nice and accommodating and I love the food and the great energy there!
I brought my parents and my mom's sister in from out of town for my mom's birthday. The next time I saw my aunt she raved about the streak she had that night and was very jealous I was planning on visiting La Tavola within the next few days. I always leave extremely happy. Thank you guys!

The food is always excellent, especially the special seasonal menus. Also the service is wonderful - friendly and helpful and I especially appreciate that they don't rush slow eaters and those who like to linger over their meal.

2. Everyone - everyone - makes an effort to make sure the dining experience is terrific;
3. Waiters do not ENDLESSLY interrupt the meal to ask "is everything to your liking" or "are you still workin' (on the dinner)";
4. Atmosphere both inside and outside are classy and neighborly;
5. Staff recognizes and attends to regulars.

Service is always attentive and kind. The food is always prepared correctly and all the flavors are balanced. The ambiance always reminds me of New York or San Francisco and for the remainder of the meal I forget I am in Atlanta. Thank you for providing a consistent experience !
