La Tavola is my favorite restaurant in Atlanta for many reasons - the quality of the food, the gracious service, the creativity of the menu, the wonderful ambiance. I love watching the kitchen work from my table in the cozy dining room, smelling the fabulous ingredients as they cook for my or other tables. The wine list is concise with delicious gems. I enjoy the vibrant Atlanta food scene and trying new restaurants, but La Tavola is my bedrock, my touchstone. This trip I had the Pear Parmaesan Black Pepper Risotto, which was by far the best risotto I've had in many many years. I'm already looking forward to my return.

We love the food, especially the lasagna (any version the chefs cooks) and the meatballs! Also, the atmosphere is very cozy, warm and friendly.

I can't express how we are impressed with Jill. She has a wonderful command of the menu and description of ingredients. Her knowledge about wine is most impressive and helped us greatly with our parings. Jill guided me to the new duck pasta option on the menu - wow. We are very impressed with the recent changes to the menu and look forward to our future visits. With this last visit the service and food has move la tavola to the top of our list. Thanks a million.

Best quality Italian food in Atlanta. La Tavola is our go-to restaurant when we have something significant to celebrate – definitely a place we bring our guests from out of town. If I were to change anything about the restaurant, it would be the outdoor seating – it's not very cozy and service always feels different (not as impressive) as that when seated inside. It would be great if the restaurant decided to expand its indoor space by reducing seating outside
