What do I like about Ecco?
The food - there are certain classics we always look for - fried goat cheese balls, piquillo peppers - and then there are always nice seasonal additions to round it out when we're there. There's a large variety of choices - small plates, pastas and flatbreads, salumi and cheeses, as well as entrees, and a good selection of by the glass wines. The service is always warm. This is why we keep coming back!
It was my birthday. The menu even said "Happy Birthday!" at the top!
Our service was excellent, the food delicious, and our dinner on the patio romantic and lovely.

Ecco is always great! Sometimes the food is spaced out too much temporally, extending dinner too long. I know it's a challenge, but if food comes out too late, we're no longer hungry! Also, when the restaurant is not busy, and we're talking, there can be a tendency to hover too much. In the grand scheme, these are nitpicks- great job all!
The food...the service...the drinks...the atmosphere
Had the octopus (what a wonderful combination of flavors and beautiful presentation) the Jonah crab and the pappardella.
