Dogs are constantly moving, versus lying around in a kennel if we had been using someone to "drop by" our house and let her out a few times a day.

Everyone was so very friendly and accommodating. I loved that a felt I could trust the employees to feed, medicate and care for our guys. Our trip came up unexpectedly and our plans changed midway through and still Dogtopia was able to accommodate us.
I am so sorry!! My previous review I for some reason thought was being requested for Bellevue Pet Adventures where I had a negative experience 1.5 years ago… that’s why you don’t check email at night!

Oriana took care of our pup, Luna, with such kindness and consideration. Knowing it was our pup's first visit, Oriana gave Luna plenty of time to get comfortable with the place, and also tons of adoration throughout her grooming. Luna is usually reluctant to let groomers touch her paws, but Orian's patience and calm demeanor resonated with Luna and we had an uneventful visit. We will be back!

I can't say enough good things about Jourdan, one of the groomers at Dogtopia. She has gone above and beyond in not only making my dog look beautiful but she has been diligent in pointing out certain areas of concern. I am so thankful for her and her communication is top tier. I always know my dog is in the best of hands and she will keep me updated throughout the appointment.
