Lambeau does love Dogtopia, however the most recent experience was not the best. I understand razor burn can happen, however it is all over her stomach and armpits, we had to medicate the wounds. She also has scabs on each nipple (about 6). Her hair was uneven on the top of her head and abdomen area. I have pictures if you would like to see from her visit the past Monday. She has been acting very sad the past couple of days because she has been in pain.

The staff is always welcoming of the dogs and they get to know each one. They really care about the animals. I never worry about leaving my dog during the day because he is well loved and has friends to play with.

We are new to Dogtopia but everything from the registration and organization of the meet and greet to the facility itself have been great! I have appreciated their quick responses to email and the employees seem genuinely happy to be working there.

I haven’t boarded Roxy (Boxer) yet but the meet and greet was an extremely informative and pleasant experience. The front end staff were all friendly and seemed excited for a new dog to be there. Roxy is very submissive and army crawled to the girls until she was comfortable. The girls obviously knew she was a little nervous and waited for her to come to them. As soon as she got her first pets she was ready to go with them and being a very submissive dog I knew she would do well. They took her back and introduced her and let me know how amazing she did. I basically had to drag Roxy out as she wasn’t ready to leave her new friends.

My dog is very pleased to go and looks pleased when picked up!

You always have my friend Tanner done quickly (He's old so that's important to me) and he always looks beautiful!

We have been seeing Natalie for grooming since she started there (10 years!). She loves & knows our dogs and makes sure they feel comfortable when they’re nervous. She pays attention to any changes in their bodies and lets us know if she feels a bump or something needs attention. When I ask my Westie (Poe) “do you wanna go see Natalie?” he always jumps up and runs down to get his leash. I think he loves her too.

Take very good care of my dog while grooming and all workers are committed to having a successful customer experience. The groomer I use has cut my dog’s hair the best it’s been cut in years.

The ease of scheduling appointments, the friendliness of staff, the way they manage check-ins and pickups so that there is rarely more than dog in the front area which avoids negative dog interactions. Very easy process! Thank you!
