What do you like about our services?

The personal care the staff provides the dogs. Our dogs come home happy and exhausted. I especially like the drop off. There is always a staff member meeting me in the parking lot to help get the dogs out of the car.

The people that work here are amazing. They have done a very well job building a team of employees. The hours for drop off and pick up are also very flexible. Not many places are able to cater to different people's schedules like they can. Thank you!

You have had the same core staff for a couple years. They come get my crazy dogs in the morning and help me out in the afternoon with my crazy dogs. I love the pre pay specials you run. I love that you try to keep Sophie out of the kennel to prevent her from scraping her nose. I love the pictures and would love to see more videos! You guys are the best!

Everybody is friendly and you see the same faces which means there is a low turnover of employees which means that people enjoy working for them and truly have a love for pets.You always feel that your dog is in safe hands when you drop them off.

Shaun, Jeremy and Christina make us feel like we are leaving Sgt. Pepper with family. Their friendliness and genuineness comes through in their words and actions. Sgt. Pepper runs to them when they come out to great him- that says it all.

Your staff is so friendly and they LOVE dogs! We attend about once per week and have never had a bad experience. Our pup knows when she is going to Dogtopia and can barely contain herself - she loves visiting and playing with all of her friends.

Our dog is always happy to know that he's going to Dogtopia, and he seems to have a great time there. The staff is outstanding! They are always so nice to us when we are there and we believe that they are equally nice to our four-legged boy. We definitely recommend Dogtopia to our friends!

The Dogtopia staff is very friendly. I think it the service is amazing, such as coming outside to greet the owners and the dogs every morning, regardless of the weather. They always remember the names of each and every dog, as if it were a school for children. Not to mention that my dog gets excited even when he hears us say "Dogtopia!" He starts running in circles and heads towards the door. I feel that the prices are reasonable for the service they provide and I know that my dog is in a clean, nurturing and safe environment. The location is also very convenient being so close to C470. I am so thankful for Dogtopia. It's been a lifesafer!
