The employees are the BEST! The facility is so clean, and very organized!

so far everything possible the staff are great, our dogs are very happy when we arrive and when we pick them up, I have never picked my dogs up in any other condition then when I drop them off (clarification: I have never gotten a call that either one of my animals were injured or hurt by any other animal in your care. We are very happy to have a safe place for our animals to be when we need a dog play date. Ange & Jim W

Most of the employees are very warm and friendly and they know our dog by name. The employees appear to be major dog lovers that are patient, accepting of the different breeds.

I love the fact that the dogs play almost all day. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is always welcoming and know our dogs well. We love this place and so do our dogs!

The convenience and very friendly staff make it easy and comfortable for us to have our dog there. They remember us when we come in and seem to really enjoy what they do.

I love the hours and most of all that you have been flexible and worked with me on several occasions when I needed to make special arrangements. Personally knowing your staff, and the fact that they know my dogs so well gives me the feeling of a small town community in a big city.

Very friendly customer service & they take care of dogs very well. My sparky loves going there.

You are a wonderful place!! However, you may want to reconsider your rates; I am inhibited to continue recommending your servcies because they are too high. You may want to consider a package deal of 20 visits at $17 a visit in order to compete with other places in the community.
