Great and unbelievable communication about the mover from beginning to end. I was trying to organize a container for a ship to go to Hawaii. You were not familiar with the process...but made every effort to help me research how things might go. Some of our joint decisions were bad...but no one's fault. I just felt sorry for the four guys who had to lift everything unto the container rather than roll it up a ramp. They were good sports about it.
Pre job call, prompt arrival, friendly greeting, clear job breakdown and job planning, cautious and safe execution. This was repeated at the drop off location. The guys were professional, cautious, and thoughtful. Well done! Very impressed with Matt and Nathan especially.

I was very disappointed in the cancellation policy. Yes, it was the last night, but I needed to cancel the move and I was told I would pay the minimum not matter what. Therefore, I went ahead and had the move a dining room table for 310.00 minimum just so I would have something for the moneys. I will look long and hard at the fine print before ever signing this volume of papers again.
