movers were friendly and professional... could have been slightly bigger, stronger, in order to cut down time on the move. in the end, no complaints except for the time taking a bit longer than expected, thus the cost was more than expected. over all, thx guys.

1. You broke my solid oak, hand carved plantation four posted king bed. The crew allowed the headboard portion to fall over in our home while taking it apart to move. The headboard fell and cracked, breaking off the top portion and damaging the the base. Juan the team leader was very apologetic and contacted AJ at your office. AJ on the other hand was rude and uncaring. As the bed is not usable due to damage and we have no place to store it I was told to "rent a storage unit and file a claim." When I explained that we had no place to keep the bed out of the elements and that it was forecast to rain this weekend he stated "we can sell you some moving blankets to cover it." He could offer no other solutions or options to us. I took it upon myself to drive to a furniture store and buy a basic bed frame so we would at least be able to have the mattress set put in the new home.
2. During unload at the new home the crew tore the bottom covering of the mattress box springs to the same bed set. This is a 6 month old tempurepedic mattress set. I again called AJ who was rude and again pointed out that I should file a claim and commented that I only had basic coverage and should have requested more insurance!
3. The crew damaged the sliding door entry to my new home (home is new and just built) when they were bringing in one of the tables. The crew by the admission of Juan was very "green" which I take to mean they lacked experience. This became more apparent as the move digressed.
My wife contacted your offices in SLO and asked to speak to someone in management. She was told they were in a meeting and that Angela Allen would call us back. She never has.
This is my 12th move in 30 years of a career that has taken me across the USA and Asia. My last move was from Singapore back to my home in Capo Beach. This move that your Company did was only a 3 mile move and it has been the worst I have experienced from a customer service and quality perspective.
I'm in the logistics business and understand that things can go wrong but how a Company responds is what matters most. The bed and damage to our home can be replaced and repaired but the manner in which you handled the failure and the lack of options provided have left us with an ongoing problem. We expected more when we hired you and will be letting everyone we know never to trust you with their home move.

The boys who came to move my furniture were well trained, very organized and very efficient. We enjoyed having Joey Benedetti, Josh Searle and Bret van der Laan work for us.
When we got to the storage location the boys presented me with a VIP chair to sit in while I supervised their hard work.

I did not get my VIP chair. Lots of other clients you service what a surprise it would be. I did not receive it when we moved out of old house and when we moved from Storage Unit to new house.
I think the crew did a great job, but did not present a reasonable solution to the fact that they could not move 2 bikes, a container, a small chair and some garden pots. It was a choice between paying for a second truck ($1,000 more) or me moving it. I was surprised they did not offer to move the items with the truck they had. I am sure you have your policies but this put me in a inconvenient situation of loading a Honda Civic several times to move and pay for an extra two days of storage. One again the crew was great. The process I think needs to be revisited.
KC also committed to 1 hours worth of Princess Packaging but I have not heard from him.

The "meatheads" were amazing young men - friendly and personable, polite, hard-working, and efficient. Very willing to make small changes to the scope of work, flexible. Very solution-oriented with any problems. When a small repair was required, the folks back at the office responded appropriately and took care of it. The "A" Team consisted of Chris Casillas, Kellen Huber, Josh Ibe, Robert Barcenes, and Daniel. I smile whenever I see a Meathead truck, they actually made the difficult process of moving as easy as possible for this client! Nancy Orton
