Prompt friendly and careful employees
I didn't have to move anything! I will never move furniture or boxes on a move again. The quote for an entire move was very high so I opted for help on both sides of the move, load and off load. It was amazing. All I had to do is drive the truck!

The Packers took 2.5 hours to pack up a small kitchen with hardly anything in it. Also after they left we noticed alot of stuff that was not packed in the kitchen. We were really disappointed with the Packers.

Megan arranged my move and I found her very professional and knowledgeable, with the added plus that she was personable. The movers Miguel and Mike were courteous, fast, efficient, and very careful with my stuff. They managed to meet the minimum time frame, which made me happy. Moving is stressful, but Meathead took the stress out of the moving-my-things portion. A big thank you to them!!
I was not told about hidden charges. My bill was 200.00 dollars over what we agreed too.

All the students, including the Princess Packers, were organized, friendly, courteous and accommodating.
They were 30 minutes late, the work did not take 4 hours and now I know how complicated it is to add stuff after they start, the entire process of working with the company is rather complicated, and some expensive items were damaged.

Scheduling was very easy, staff was very friendly, they walked me through the process, everything was done on-line, the movers were on-time, courteous and professional, efficient and effective, and treated all belongings with respect and care.

Your team were over an hour late from the scheduled time. Whilst we appreciate traffic in LA can be a nightmare, we would also expect that with foresight, planning and experience that your team would allow for this when setting off. Other than that the service was great and the team were enthusiastic, made every effort to unload and load as quickly as possible.
It took 4 hrs too long to move me, thus, make my moving cost to an outrageous amt. The young men were super nice but way to slow. Snail pace slow. I still had 4 pickup loads of moving things that were left behind!!
The services we received were outstanding! The move was a real challenge as we were downsizing from a large family home of over 35 years. To prepare adequately for our moving day we were first visited by a Meathead consultant to determine our exact needs. This was invaluable in determining the number of moving crew members we would need, the number of trucks and the amount of time involved for our move. She planned for things we had not considered such as moving priceless heirloom antiques. Our moving date was changed 3 times to accommodate the shortened escrow period and Meathead was able to stay in constant contact with us and adjust to each new moving schedule.
On moving day the moving crew arrived promptly on schedule and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The men were all very friendly and helpful. I had not pre-planned were all the furniture would be placed so they helped me find a place for all our treasured pieces.
We were extremely impressed with the way the move was so well coordinated and the way the men worked so efficiently in together. Our furniture was very carefully wrapped in protective blankets and boxes were carefully packed and loaded.
This was our second experience using Meathead Movers this year. The first time we used their services was to prepare for the renovation of our vacation home. Both moves went very smoothly as planned and within the time allotted.
