ON time, pleasant, courteous workers.
The team seemed to take a lot of breaks. They were very disorganized when they arrived telling me they had no idea why the job was “that they were only sent from the wherehouse”. Then my bill reflected the same amount as quoted at end of assignment. I was so aggravated I signed and wanted them gone.
The guys were extremely careful and very polite. We were very impressed with these young men. We have used several other companies in the past and we will never choose another mover other than Meatheads again. Great job and a wonderful group!
Things were not taken that were specifically requested such as Christmas tree and dumbbells, weight plates (heavy items) due to lack of room that was taken up by lighter weight boxes that could have been taken by us. A mover (blonde) was having a fight over the phone with a girl and ran up the road on our new street yelling so loud I could hear from my living room window. Things were taken to the wrong rooms and had to be moved, wasting time. Guys were standing around and we were paying a higher rate for the “needed” 5 guys. We had the same items moved with the addition of one queen bed and desk that took 3 guys in Fresno from a single to 2 story home for less than half the cost. I felt bad there was 3 guys sweating and hustling and the others weren’t. I want to send a guy (Josh) a specific tip for working so hard his shirt was drenched in sweat. I feel I was over charged for the quality of work that was done.

I absolutely love Meathead Movers!! They have moved me 4 times now, and each time they have been spectacular!! They are careful with my stuff, and understanding when I don't have everything together!! :-) And they run when they are not carrying anything!! The storage facility in Oxnard is the Rolls Royce of storage. On a scale of 1-10, I give them 100!!!

Since we had an on call arrangement on FRi afternoon, office staff could only tell me that your workers would be there by the evening. This was unacceptable since we had been assured by your office staff, movers would come no later than mid afternoon. After a followup call from your office two workers showed up at 5:30.
Unloading was done within the two hour window and we were satisfied with your workers.
My complaint was your office intake worker was misleading and an evening arrival was very disruptive to our household.
