Billing and pricing - I estimated based on the “standard package” for a 1600 square foot home and that was way under what was needed.
Have your call center folks spend as much time on the customer as your moving crews do to ensure the billing is correct and that there are no surprises.

The crew was very friendly and engaging. They were efficient, hard working and playful. I noticed they were having fun with the tricycles and scooter, so they rode them one last time for us...which was great to see. It was a hot day and they were dedicated in getting the job done, which I truly appreciated. So...thank you...and we will be contacting you when we need to move out of the storage unit and into a new spot.
The movers were able to move all my heavy furniture. If it was not for them I would not be able to move it on my own.

The movers were great. They were polite and worked hard. We had to make 3 trips back and forth and rent a trailer twice to get the remainder of our things as the movers could not get everything in the truck. Two trucks should have been ordered.

Young men were very respectful, presentable, and professional. They explained every step of the way and communicated well. Had good, professional demeanors and moved quickly without wasting any time. Was very careful with items (less careful than I would have been!). I have used numerous moving companies over the years and have never used the same one twice due to major issues with all of them. I will definitely use Meathead Movers again due to how well they did on this small job. Great work!

Fast and efficient
Strong positives included:
- Accommodated my schedule changes due to escrow delays
- Frequent communication from your company from time contracted to time moved, and could always reach someone at Meathead
- Movers were courteous, cheerful, and generally seemed good at what they did
Irritants included:
- Once the move came, I felt that expectations were being lowered and prices raised
- The moving crew had questions about what was being moved, despite what seemed like a thorough virtual walkthrough when the service was contracted.
- Reduced padding, leaving some items behind, etc., were done to keep me below the NTE. But we came close enough to the NTE that I wish that I had accepted upfront that the estimated price was a sales tool and the NTE was the real price, and responded accordingly.
