The service we received was NOT AT ALL what was promised.
1. We were promised 3 movers. TWO arrived.
2. They began at 9:30 and did not leave our origin until 3:09!! The impact of having just 2 movers definitely affected their timing and efficiency.
4. As of 4:55 pm, they still have NOT arrived to our new home.
5. I am so unsatisfied with this company. I chose a very quality price, expecting quality customer service and care. This is unacceptable. The 2 movers were very kind and hardworking. But, it was NOT enough!
6. Yes, you did offer an hourly rate discount, BUT it’s taken over 8 hours and they have NOT yet arrived to our house.
It was a HORRIBLE experience.

Packers forgot 2 kitchen cupboards. Wrapped with paper too many times
Movers took screws out of things unnecessarily and still cant find them. List i gave to move wasnt updated fir movers and they were to take everything. Should of had somelone to go over items before move. Very disappointed
It was fast and the representatives were very courteous.
I was charged for 2 hours of work when they only worked for an hour and 20 minutes. They arrived on time at 10:30 am to the pick up location. They finished loading the truck and left for a 30 minute lunch at 11:30. They said it would only be 30 minutes and would call when they were ready to meet us at the storage unit (which was about 4 minutes up the street). After 30 minutes I headed to the storage unit so they wouldn’t hav ego wait. 40 minutes pass and finally at 12:40 I call to see where they are. Colby answered the phone. I asked where they were since he said they would only be 30 minutes, he said “oh sorry about that, we should be done in about 10 more minutes and we are about 15 minutes away”. They show up at one to the storage unit. They took 18 minutes to unload. All was done by 1:20pm. Colby presented me with a quote saying they worked for 2 hours, and honestly I felt uncomfortable arguing the fact that wasn’t true so I just signed the paper and got charged for more work than they actually completed. I honestly am very disappointed. I had better hopes for the experience. I know not to use this company again though.
The packers were efficient, friendly and very courteous. They made sure to stack boxes correctly so that there was minimal chance of knocking them over. They were mindful of the needs of my 93 yr. old mother, and her anxiety about having "strangers" in her home. I will recommend Meathead Movers packing services to all I know. The actual move has not happened yet, but I'm sure it will be just as positive an experience. I have every confidence Meathead Movers will do an excellent job.

Really hard workers
I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with The Meathead crew that helped me with my move yesterday. The guys showed up on time and got right down to business. They were very professional and sweet. I did not catch all of their names but interacting with Sam was a pleasure. I was really impressed with their teamwork and professionalism. I would definitely use Meathead again will continue to share what a great experience I had working with them. Thank you guys for your service! Best of luck.
On time, quick pace while being careful moving things. No damage to properties or things. The two students I had were very professional friendly and beyond helpful.
The four young men who moved us were on time, courteous, and very efficient. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Probably the smoothest, least stressful move we've ever experienced.
