I was in a moving crisis having to be moved out by the next day with only limited man power and the heavy furniture still to be moved. So now i'm in desperation mode and time running out. I then remembered the commercials on t.v. about meatheads and decided to give them a call, I didn't think they would answer being so late in the afternoon, but they did and were more than helpful with my situation. The next morning I received a call to confirm my address and to confirm time of arrival. The crew was there right on time and made the my stressful situation just go away as if it never existed. The first gal that answered the phone, was very courteous, professional, and helpful. She was very knowledgeable. The second gal, she was the one who got me all set up.
She was just like the first one, plus she was very pleasant, my husband didn’t want to pay the price I was quoted, he has ME call back and tell these pleasant women that I needed a lower price (I was very embarrassed to do this) she encouraged me to tell her what he said, because
How could she help if she didn’t know what the issue was. I told her, she talked to a manager, and wouldn’t you know, she quoted a much lower price. Minus 1 hour.
We only needed for them to bring the bedroom set ,I bought, upstairs. Much too heavy for my husband and I.
The guys were here on time, very professional, polite, courteous, great guys. They wrapped our furniture. They moved our stuff incredibly careful, nothing made contact with the wall or anything. They moved our stuff very quickly, so there was extra time. They were asking if there’s anything else they could move, we couldn’t think of anything so we sent them on they’re way. I was very happy with all the people we came in contact with. Will call you guys whenever we need something moved.

David in the SLO office went out of his way to schedule the move quickly when he heard that I was trying to clear out my mom's space after she passed at a retirement community. Unbeknownst to me he got a Fresno crew to come over a week before he had availability in the SLO crew. That was above and beyond. I am so grateful.

So far, very efficient. Paperwork explained clearly. Ladies who packed the kitchen and pantry were very knowledgeable about their job.

The price given is the price so you know up front what your move will cost. Also the individuality of the move your items are the only ones moved and not with other people moving to area.

People who pack did not pack pictured. they also did not pack all kitchen items. Finally they changed time on picking up moving items.

Polite, quick, efficient, and did just what we requested.

Packing- unfortunately the packing crew really dropped the ball with the garage and with miscellaneous items. A multitude of packs left items were not packed in the garage. This ultimately caused a $1400 mistake. We had to schedule a 3rd truck a week later. Also many boxes were not labeled with an idea of the contents. We had items out in boxes upside down and without care. Also client transport boxes had items upside that leaked into the boxes. We are really disappointed in the packing services. The kitchen items were packed well but beyond that it was very rough.

They were absolutely the perfect fit for us. They did their job efficiently and went above and beyond.

Isaiah and Jason were punctual and phoned prior to arriving. They completed the move for us in a courteous, professional and timely manner.

Sandor and Miguel were respectful very helpful and arrived friendly and ready to work

As stated on the form submitted yesterday, the moving crew was great. The office crew, on the other hand, have some issues. Scheduling the move and storage was frustrating due in part to having to speak with five (5) different people. It took 13 phone calls and about six emails, not including the two sets of docusign emails, to schedule the move. Then, some of the information from the move side was transferred to the storage side, but not enough to prevent having to spend more than 30 minutes to complete the storage paperwork. Finally, I heard from two people in three phone calls to be at the storage office Monday at 2:00 pm, yet when I arrived, the storage staff was at lunch until 2:25 pm. You tell me, how do you make this right?

The movers are great. They follow directions well and work quickly and efficiently. They are friendly, professional and capable. I have used Meathead Movers now three times and will continue to call on Meathead when moving or storage facilities. It’s a pleasure working with Jeremy and his crew.
