I really enjoy my experience at West Wood Club because the environment is always motivating and well‑maintained. The gym has excellent equipment, the classes are energetic, and the staff are consistently friendly and supportive. It’s a place where I feel comfortable, focused, and inspired to improve myself.
The Spa are as well as the personal training sessions that come with the membership are my favourite part
The variety of classes & equipment but what is needed is an area to stretch under the punch bags does not suffice

Excellent facilities such as the 50m pool, and great staff.
Culture. The new design, the shoes off spaces, the music, the lighting, the motivation / inspiration everywhere, delicious coffee and pancakes.
I like those new auto-treadmills (the ones that have rollers and adjust to your speed, and are bit uphill).
I appreciate the ladder, and the muscle massage machines. I like those hedgy / spiky things for stepping on them.
Would be great if I could use any of the tennis halls for figure skating practice.
The Dance class is the best
I love aquafit and the fact that the spa facilities are separate to the male facilities

it’s a beautiful club but too expensive for a family of 5 (with 3 over 16)
The classes, the trainers and the atmosphere
Pricing needs to be reviewed though. There should be some sort of loyalty for long term members.
Also the student rate is the same as an adult which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
