Great setup new equipment
All the instructors are fantastic! If you are doing a beginners class they will adjust based on challenge levels if you want to push yourself in that exercise or if it is too difficult there is an option to lower which is great. The classes are a good length and you get great value for your money. The experience so far has been really friendly and welcoming.

All the staff are really professional, friendly and really care about your well being.
Housed is very clean and well taken care of. The trainers are all friendly and willing to help when they are asked to do so. The gym is relatively cheap compared to other gyms I've attended and seen. The gym is also relatively new so there are times where it is calm which is generally nice and can sometimes be necessary when relieving the pressure of stress.
I love the Pilates classes and how helpful the instructors are I also like the affordability of the memberships

The wellness area is a standout!
If I can change something is to add more group clases, yoga clases, etc from 10am to 3pm as that is the time I visit the gym and there is no much available.

Classes, vibe, energy
I love the reformer pilates clases, and the chance to use the gym (what I do very little but sometimes). I normally do 3 reformer clases per week, I hope there could be a suscription that allow to do 5 to 6, but it seems it is not possible (beyond paying $ 25 per additional clase). I would think a suscription for let say $ 50 would be a reasonable price.
Otherwise very happy with the gym.

I really like the gym and it's facilities. The cost of it included with pilates is wonderful and how flash the gym is. It's a breath of fresh air coming from dinky anytime fitness or worn out finance first.
Classes with Kelly are the best - we need more of her classes
All the staff are friendly supportive and committed to their roles .They are always ready to support your individual fitness needs and have alternative exercise options available for you

I love housed.. everything is so clean and all the staff are amazing...since joining my fitness and strength have improved outta sight and iam feeling great..that's the whole point.. i do 5 classes a week mostly with Danielle. It great she really keeps and eye on us and pushes us..i know iam doing it properly when she shows me..Thank you great work team..
Love the Pilates classes, lovely staff! Thank you for bringing in resistance bands and foam rollers etc. I would love to be able to use boxes or steps for workouts instead of benches… Also a hip thrust machine !! Thank you

love housed so much! the equipment is great, space is always so clean and the 3 pilaties classes a week are amazing, only thing i’d hope to see change would be the inclusion of a wellness space (sauna, red light therapy etc)

The pilates classes are good, the studio is big enough that you are able to get a spot, but not too big that instructors dont see you, its also well priced
