The openness of the gym, its size and the amount of machines available.

I like how clean the space is, everything is always spotless. You have a good variety of machines and a great amount of squat racks, even when its busy I usually dont have to wait around for something to be free

I like the look of the gym, the darkness is great as I get nervous in gyms sometimes it gives a really private feel in there! the Pilates teachers have all been awesome and how large the Pilates room is with beds.

The instructors are absolutely outstanding. I go mainly to Lucy's classes and Zarina on a Monday, and they are excellent. I would LOVE to see a class at the end of a day on a Friday (e.g. 5pm). Thanks to all the staff who have made this an excellent experience for me. First name removed

particularly enjoy the different instructors for reformer Pilates Chatswood studio and their teaching styles are amazing for me and I feel like I’ve learnt so much about my mental and physical strength. The focus on form seems to be the most importance with most of the classes I’ve experienced with some instructors which I truly appreciate. I’m really enjoying it so much it’s taught me to tap into my body more and focus on the muscle group.
Love the aesthetics of the studios and customer support is so helpful.

Perfect gym for introverts! Dim lights, quiet, clean, complete, massive!
Put some dry paper towels upstairs in campus one in case someone needs to blow their nose. Buy more carabiners/clips for the attachments

The reformer Pilates classes! I love that you can get 3x classes a week as well as unlimited gym access for such a great price.

One of the best gyms I've ever trained at. Loads of equipment and free weights. The gym is huge and always kept impeccably clean. Great staff that offer support and always have a friendly smile.
I love Housed so much, it's such a great price for top-class equipment + instructors!! I'd say I miss when early Housed felt so much more like a community rather than commercial gym - but I know that comes with expansion. It's still so lovely when pilates instructors know my name or are happy to chat and I've met so many amazing people at the gym!!

It's got everything. Weights, machines, layout (large, spacious and categorised) multiple squat racks which is a huge win! All the classes you need (access to 6x reformer pilate classes a fortnight at no extra cost sold me)
Im looking forward to the recovery and cafe/bar because I think that will complete the experience of a one stop gym so I can get my post workout shake or coffee in times of need😅 and also so I dont need to go to an external place for my recovery which I currently do (time and money saver!)
I gave 9 stars as only a few staff are warm while others don't acknowledge you when you walk in or out, slouching at the front desk on their phones or with their feet up on the table or chairs... that is not welcoming and looks as if they hate their job, no one wants to be there with that attitude (Ive spoken to a few people who train there and they feel this way too). However Abbie (not sure how to spell her name correctly) 10 out of 10 has the best customer service there! Always a smile and warm and welcoming to everyone. There are many gyms in penrith with such warm and welcoming front desk staff that even though their gym facilities are not the best, they have lots of loyal members just due to the fact of how warm and welcoming the staff working there are... lots of competition in the area but if that gets fixed its a total 10/10 experience 😉
