You truly have a First Class operation, Taylor is the best, and the girl who answered the phone. I think her name is Haley. Helped me walk through my inept ability to use the online app. I pushed the wrong button, so I called, her compassion and her sense to listen as I explained by failure, was further proof that somebody knows how to place the right people in the right positions. You have a very cool thing happening!!
