I really enjoyed my visit to Floyd’s—I’ve never had such a unique experience at a barbershop. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely valued and pampered. Michelle was fantastic. She took the time to explain what the shop offers and even shared details about the wall art, which added a nice personal touch. The overall vibe was great, with a well-curated mix of music that made the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out most was Michelle’s expertise and communication. She walked me through each step of the haircut—explaining what she was doing, why it mattered, and what would work best for my hair type. She also introduced me to some of the shop’s products, like the hair powder, which I’m definitely considering buying next time. The hair wash, head and neck massage, and warm neck shave were absolutely next-level—I’ve never had that kind of treatment at another barbershop. Everything felt thoughtfully curated from start to finish. I had such a great experience that I’ve already started recommending Floyd’s to my colleagues. I’ll definitely be coming back.
