Everyone working there is pleasant, from the directors of the departments to the Entry desk. There seem to be many courses offered, though I have yet to try them out. The Y is convenient and has plenty of options to get in shape.

The Y is a very inviting and friendly space, there is a good variety of classes offered. Great atmosphere, feels judgement free. It’s really nice to see a wide range of ages represented, some very fit looking others with mobility challenges. Both respected. I haven’t used the pool as yet, but plan to soon. It looks well cared for and clean.
On the flip side, a lot of the equipment is old and difficult to fit safely for smaller framed individuals.
Love the aquatics! Also low impact class and drumming.
The young man at the front desk is a great guy. (Adrian sp?) I love Kathy's chair yoga and Lori's Tuesday and Friday class. Lori is also my personal trainer and is fantastic!!
