The staff - Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The hours of the Stuart Y cannot be beat! It's open from early in the morning into the evening. I have attended quite a few classes, but truly enjoy the water aerobics (which are available M-F) making it easy to be a bit more active, since I don't have a pool myself. As people age, I believe in the feeling that one needs to use it or lose it. There is something for everyone!

The gym is quiet, not full of people taking selfies of themselves. I see alot of happy kids to and from the basketball courts. The front desk for the most part are friendly in greeting you as you come in.

I take Chair Yoga with Kathy - she's a great teacher/leader. Love the class!! Good exercise and lots of fun!

I love it!! I go as much as I can usually to swim, and there has always been a lane available. I use the weights, and all the machines are nice, and it is not overly crowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful:)

The friendliness of the front desk staff, they are always welcoming and kind. The variety of machines are great, open gym is my favorite where we can take advantage of whatever we want to do. So happy that a new cleaning service was hired as the place really looks so much better than during the summer. The Y is a great place to meet friends and to make new friends. Classes are great.

Besides doing something good to own yourself, you get to know neighbors and make forever friendships.

I have recruited several friends to join the Y and they all are very grateful.

I like the facility for weight machines. The aerobics room upstairs needs a facelift and the pool would benefit from shade sails.
