Customer Testimonials

Clean facilities and plent of equipment and reasonable cost.

The price, the group class, and I believe I will enjoy the pool too once I do it.

The facility I really nice, especially since the recent updating. The staff is friendly and the hours of operation make it easy to use the facility, There is a nice variety of aquatic classes and the instructors are great!

The monthly price is affordable and gives me access to a pool and weight room. The weight room has enough equipment that I often don't have to wait or wait for long.

Teachers are very good and fun. Pool temperature is nice. I love the peers in class.

Excellent staff! The class instructors are all fanatic. The same for those who help out in the weights/machines area.

Pool for exercise. Great instructors.

I really enjoy the easy of getting to the facility on time due to its proximity to my home and attending the classes. The Zumba class with Adrian on MWF are so fun! Everyone in our class genuinely enjoy being there!

Hi!

I enjoy the silver sneakers classes and instructors make them fun

I enjoy the water aerobic classes that are offered with membership by The Aquatic Center. There are many choices of exercise classes. This facility is very efficient; staff is friendly. The membership is reasonable. This Center is a tremendous asset to the City of Allen residents.

The staff do a great job of keeping the facility clean. Very friendly

Friendly staff.

great staff

Katie’s deep water aerobics classes are wonderful! She leads us in a variety of exercises and explains the benefits of each exercise. She encourages us to work up to our varying ability levels, yet provides alternative suggestions to those of us who cannot physically perform a given exercise. Katie does all of this with a welcoming and cheerful demeanor.

The friendliness of everyone and that there is something for everyone all ages and stages of fitness or rehabilitation.

It’s clean. Inexpensive. Good swimmers work out there. Fun for kids.

The Allen aquatic center is a great place to be part of because of the variety of courses it offers. The coaches and instructors are professional, the clerks are very respectful and the prices are affordable for the entire community.

Everything

My grandkids love playing here. It’s nice and clean. Seems to be a lot of fun for all ages.

It has a large swimming area

I enjoyed coming to do exercises in the pool. I haven't been in a long time but want to come again.

Very professional.

Great facility, absolutely top notch.

The Life in Allen app doesn't work too well, it stats very slow and often fails to connect. The customer QR code should load INSTANTLY also without good Internet connection. I use screenshot instead of the app.

I really like being able to swim through the winter. The hot tub is great, but the temps have been a little low lately. I have seen a few roaches near the pool recently. The staff and the guards are nice. The pool has been clean, and it doesn't feel like there is too much chlorine. Thank you!
