My Husband and I enjoy the Chair Yoga class twice a week. We love the Instructor, Tess, and the great people we meet in the classes.

So far I have only participated in the lunches.

Suggestion: It would be so helpful if the menu could be posted on the website by the first day of each month ( right now it still has the January lunch menu). Thanks!

The facilities are very nice, but the instructor really makes the course enjoyable! I enjoy being able to get a good workout in the Gentle Flow Yoga class with others in my age group.

Outstanding Rhythm and Reps class. My 1st class at the facility. It’s amazing with a great teacher!

I have been a member for many years and still enjoy exercise classes twice a week.
There are many events and activities that are interesting and entertaining.
Membership's not expensive and neither are the daily weekday lunches.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Allen Senior Center offers many classes for seniors. I love the scheduled outings and the travel experiences I have been a part of.

This is a great facility with wonderful social area, performance/lecture rooms, a gym, rec room and many places to socialize, play cards or just sit and visit or read. The outside is lovely as well as it is close to nature and lovely landscaping.

Allen Senior Recreation Center is a great place to make friends and learn many health facts and get healthy with various exercise classes. It's a great place to join if you are new to Allen or a surrounding town and get to make new friends and learn all about the area.
