Friendly staff, very helpful. Great activities

I enjoy participating in the mental aerobics class because I always learn something new and the class reinforces healthy habits.

I haven't had the oportunity to enjoy this facility yet but plan to do so in the near future.

I'm very new to the Senior Center. My initial reaction would be that I found the staff extremely helpful in assisting me in navigating the different activities. If I'm honest, I have resisted for a very long time in becoming a member. I'm glad I finally took the final steps and joined. I'm looking forward to fun activities and making new connections along the way.

I enjoy the activities,the great people who run the center and mostly all the interesting members. Also the good lunches.

The Senior Center is a great facility. I find the front-desk staff very polite and helpful. I’m currently taking the Get Stronger T-Th classes and the Gentle Flow Yoga (T) and Restorative Yoga (Th) classes. Tess is a fantastic instructor; she makes the classes varied and fun. She knows her stuff, and her positive outlook and good sense of humor makes us all work that much harder. The room in which we exercise is well equipped and always very clean. I’m so glad I decided to take these classes.

I absolutely love the renovations that have been done,as a senior I feel like they were thinking of us!Thanks to the staff and all the other people responsible for the project.

I enjoy the camaraderie at the lunches and the beautiful facility (fireplace, grand piano and seasonal decorations).

I’ve met so many nice people. Exercise classes are good, fun trips and day outings. Like that there are educational classes as well. I tell people all the time about the senior center. It has been a real blessing for me .

The ASRC has a wide variety of excellent programs for seniors. I love the staff and the other seniors. It is a well-needed center for seniors who want to remain active and vibrant.

I love the friendliness of the staff, especially Laurie Thode. She is so much help and fun to be around. I've met many new friends at the Quilting Club that meets every Wednesday. They are a fun group of ladies.

I also love the patriotic programs that the center hosts each year. Honoring our veterans is my heart and soul.

We are treated nicely. Everyone is helpful. No complaints.

Allen Sr. Center is getting better with offering day trips and lunches, etc.

The 6 wk class about challenging critical conditions is outstanding. The book alone is incredible! It has so much information. The class was highly motivated to do their weekly assignments of their action plans and the instructors were extremely helpful in providing our information.

I joined several months ago and was still in the process of moving from Colorado Springs to Allen. I just got my furniture here so been very busy trying to put things away and throw some away. So unfortunately I have not take. Advantage of the center yet. I am excited to get started but will probably be a month or so before I can.

The Center is well kept and clean. The staff is very professional and overall I think all the folks in Allen are proud to have a center that is professionally run and kept.

They work so well with Veterans organizations especially the Vietnam Veterans of America.
