The open gym times, easy layout to get around with a walker and staff is friendly and courteous.
I enjoy the flexibility to either do a class or excercise on my own in the room on the main floor or walk the downstairs track.
However the air ventilation at the downstairs track needs attention. The air is stale and dry.
Take a exercise class with Debbie who is enthusiastic and caring, always leave feeling energized

The Glenwood YMCA is very clean, neat, the staff is very friendly and there are a TON of classes that are offered.
