I love the Silver Sneakers Seniors classes - chair yoga and classic cardio classes. The knowledgeable instructors make it enjoyable and effective for my goal of healthy living and well being

Clean & not to packed
Swimming friendly people,
Pickleball facility & available time to play is important- do not mix that in with Open Gym. Sharing the Gilmore gym with both basketball & pickleball doesn’t work well & everyone has commented about that to each other.
Also, what happened to the staff assistant assigned to weight training areas? I had questions on what machines to use to target area muscles & never anyone around to offer advice.
Christian ministry outreach is a nice pgm. Small chapel is a welcome room to reflect, pray, etc.

Pickleball, classes
I enjoy the fact that it is family-centered and they offer a wide variety of classes for different interests.
There’s everything I need there, for a thorough workout. Staff is very friendly.
I like the different classes that you can attend and the reiki on Friday nights and the pool also gets you moving
Playing pickleball
I love going to the pool to exercise to my music. I have ear phones and I use my phone to hear the music. It’s perfect except when the guards turn on their own music. Then I don’t hear mine a nd I don’t like that. Sometimes the guards turn to change their station to something that I might like but it’s nowhere for me as my own music. Also when the ladder was broken and also when the pool was freezing ,, I was not happy. When the ladder was gone, I had to have the guards help me out and they were nice about that. Generally, they are respectful. All is good except for their music.
