It’s good for my body and my soul! Rey friendly and no judgement.
The Central YMCA is very inclusive, welcoming people from all walks of life. It provides a vital link for families committed to health and fitness.
Friendly staff, diverse clientele, good variety of classes for all aged adults, economical, convenient location.
I enjoy the cardio room, and the swimming pool.
Classes that are perfectly created and administered for seniors and our needs and limitations. Very sensitive to do so.
As a senior I felt very timid trying something new. Pat was very encouraging and make me feel confident in the pool. All the ladies are so friendly and welcoming. And the exercise makes me feel better.
Really good instructors. Wish you could pay them more.

The staff are always cheerful and helpful.
The aquatics classes are excellent.
The workout area has a machine that allows someone who is 79 and disabled access to cardio exercise.

My group class
Great Qigong instructor
Tia Kilpartick is an excellent fitness instructor.
I like the friendly atmosphere at the Y and quality of he fitness classes.
Everything
Give water exercise instructors blue tooth mics and speakers so participants can hear their instructions when the instructor is giving instructions from side of pool.
Very inclusive with good class selection for seniors. Instructors are friendly and approachable and genuinely interested in my ability to improve health. The tone in classes is encouraging without instructors barking or yelling at clients. It’s fun to participate! Other people in classes are friendly too.
I have two experices that I remember well.
The first was a Tai Chi class that was outstanding.....this was a few years ago.
The teach was a master at this art....I could hardly wait to get there.
Second is a Balance & Strength class that I'm currently taking. It is so relaxing
and the two leader are very good.
I had had a membership for over a decade. I enjoy the water aerobics and go three times a week.

I like all of the instructors. Mari at Pilates. Stan for tai chi and Jen for small group training. The Y is more of a community than other gyms.
