Friendly, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. Took my bike in on Friday for service and picked it up the next day. I was going to have them put a new set of tires like what was on the bike. They recommended that where and how I rode that another set would suit me better. Went for 11 mile ride today the tires made such a difference its like a much better ride.
They took the time to measure and explain the differences in bikes ensuring that our son was getting a bike for his size and skill level that he could also grow in to as well. On pick up day took the time to remeasure and make sure that he was acquainted with the new bike.
Great people. I always say the number one thing to have a successful business is to be likable.. These guys hands down will not let you go riding around on a broken bicycle. It was nice that they suggested other things that needed to be replaced that were definitely safety issues... I will 100% recommend these guys to more people!
