First name removed was great to work with. Appreciated the willing ess to part with a bike that is no longer available, the transparency and communication during the process.
The gentlemen are nice and courteous. Placed an order ahead and said I would pick it up on a specific day(2 hour drive) and when I got there it wasn't ready, they said they weren't sure I would show. So I had to wait while they got it together, a little disappointing because I was on a tight schedule. It all worked out though. I love my bike (pace 5) I bought for myself as a retirement gift and this one (pace 5) is for my husband, he's retiring soon. I hope he likes his as much as I do mine.
