The atmosphere at the ball park is always so great! The staff really go all out to make sure everyone has a great experience! Last night was country night! One of the most fun thyme nights we’ve attended! We always enjoy going to be out at the old ball game!
We have been to 3 bees games this year. The first was not great and I did share that feedback. I had someone from the customer service team reach out and we had a wonderful conversation about my experience.
Since then the past two experiences have been great. Really great honestly. We figured out street parking which brings down the cost for us. We have also had great luck finding affordable tickets. Last nights game we were able to find 5 tickets $20 each for $100 total. And they were great seats! This is incredibly reasonable. The atmosphere is great. The crowd is great. It’s all just a really fun experience. We love the new stadium. We had some family out from the east coast last night and they loved it. I feel like the perceived value is definitely improved. The gal that is the lead MC is just fantastic. The announcer has a great voice that has that classic baseball feel. J-Dawgs continues to be our favorite and we even bought some Bees gear this time. We plan on going to many more games so we had to get some gear to rep the team. Really happy with our experience. Keep up the great work. We can’t wait to keep making memories at the ball park as a family.
The guest services personnel were fantastic. Everyone we talked to were kind and helpful. I was very impressed by the reaction given to a women hit by a ball. We were seated in the Diamond Club, and the food and beverages were great. The game was exciting, the light show afterwards was fun. All around it was a great experience and we will return!

The Stadium was very nice and we were able to get good seats for $12 each. My only complaint is that there were no hotels close to the stadium. I’m hoping this changes.
We loved the new ballpark. The parking was a little challenging but we found a place in the street.
Had difficulty buying tickets with non-US credit card, called and spoke to Ian Schaefer, who not only found us some excellent seats in section 107 and processed our purchase but went above and beyond to deliver them after running into issues with the app with my foreign cellphone. Thanks to his excellent customer service, we were able to enjoy the 4th July game. Our very first. Thank you!

The new field is great. Loved the game and the fireworks. Might suggest staff is better informed. They didn't know if there was an elevator. A few staff not friendly, thought we were trying to go around ropes to enter private party. We were only trying to get to our seats on upper level. Otherwise most employees were nice. Thanks for a great night!
