Ball Park was easily accessible. The parking lot was well attended with help to find parking. Access to the building was easy, elevators or stairs. The food was good, maybe a few more choices. The seats were comfortable and clean. Easy to see what's going on.
I like the new stadium and I think the set up is very nice. It would be nice if there was free parking available for fans willing to walk extra.
Our rep (Mallory) was really helpful and quick to answer all of the questions that we had. The team really enjoyed the set up of the space and areas to sit together on the couches and tables outside of the assigned seating. The Bee came up to the space and the kids were really excited about that! Food was good and easy. Ticket assignments through the spreadsheet worked really well.
We loved the park! Our family had so much fun. The park is pristine, so clean. The food options- didnt care for the food. I had a taco salad friday night and nachos on sunday. Food is priced too high- didnt care so much for the taste. Also got hot dogs. Churros felt too crunch/stale.
Otherwise- everything was perfect. Someone in Customer relations randomly came up to my 7yr old daughter and gave her a ball. It made her day! She still talks about it. All staff was so friendly and welcoming.

My kids LOVE the activities that are available at the park when they needed to stretch their legs. The putting green, and the train were big hits with my 11 and 8 year old kids. I really appreciated that there really isn't a bad seat in the house.
It’s a nice stadium! It’s clean and in a great area. However the food is pricy! I wish they would sell more variety of beer! I prefer wine though!
The layout and design of the ballpark is top notch! It was such a pleasant evening to go watch the game with my wife and three kids. I'll be going back sooner than later. Great job SLC! You did it right!
I’ve been to many major league ballparks, but the atmosphere of the new stadium is as good if not better than my experiences at the other ballparks. Great facilities. Great presentation. All around an incredible night at the ballpark. Also, love the location of the new digs.
location and easy parking
The staff was great, and the ballpark was clean, in the shade, and with amazing views.
I liked the stadium. It was clean and well taken care of. We had the diamond tickets and there was nothing gluten free provided. I wish you would have taken food allergies into consideration and have something available. The stadium itself is in a good location and it was fun being there.

Only downsides: no paper program with a scorecard to keep score, no paper pocket schedules, no paper ticket. These are important as souvenirs. Also I don’t like the name “America First”: too blatantly jingoistic.
This was our first visit to The Ballpark. Every single interaction from parking, to security, to ticket takers, to ushers, to the folks running the food stations at Diamond Club were cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. We are season ticket holders with the Mammoth and the in park experience was nothing short of amazing. Absolutely beats the Delta Center, which we also love. Whoever is running game day operations has set a very clear welcoming culture. Just amazing. I was also very pleased to see so many seniors working at the ballpark. They have such positive attitudes. The food was good. The game was fun. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks for a very fun night.
We sat on the lawn and enjoyed being able to move around. The game was entertaining and the food was great.
The venue is so clean and classy! We had lots of fun during our company's summer party, and the team that facilitated our party was amazing! They made sure that the food and drinks were refreshed often and that the space we were in was clean.

Great seats, fantastic atmosphere, super friendly employees, the whole minor league experience was great. I wish I lived in the area. I’d definitely buy season tickets. We’ll be back every time we’re in town.

The pace of the game play and then the drone show
The food in the terrace club were amazing! Loved the cushion seats the in the stands there also. We were late to the game & were unable to get the blue LVT light up foam sticks. Before the drone show an employee was able to give to me & my 2 daughters. Very thoughtful!
Parking was easy. Attended as a family and it was easy to navigate to our seats. The drone show after the game was an added bonus.

We have 19 game season tickets in the Terrace Club. We enjoy our seats behind home plate and the food & drinks.
We would love more variety with the food—less sweets and more savory snacks. The sweets are delicious but would love them balanced with more savory.
We have had the pretzel bites a few times and charcuterie board snacks once plus hummus and chips once. Would love to have these repeated and maybe more traditional ballpark fare like chips, pizza, etc.
We love the addition of the peanuts the last couple of games.
At several of the games, people have sat in other people’s seats and moved within our section when those people arrive to other seats in our area 1-2 more times.
We have grandchildren that have attended the games several times. We all love the Bee!!!
We are out of town guests and came to the Bees game with my son's baseball team. The stadium is amazing. The food was great. The service was very hospitable. Thank you for a job well done. It was clear that a lot of Utah families enjoyed the evening; especially with the drone show and purple light sticks.
Super fun and low-key. A great way to enjoy baseball without a big price tag.
It was a very nostalgic experience. My family and I had an amazing time. The only downside is the lack of shade offered on a 90 degree day.
