The staff at the stadium so friendly and respectful. It makes the experience so much better than just watching the game.
It was very cold and windy. The game was postponed.
Even though the game was postponed the staff were so great. They allowed us to still enjoy the stadium for a bit. We belong to the Diamond Club so we were still offered dinner. It’s always a great day at the ball field.
Can't say when I got there. They postponed the game. Which I wish they would have done before I drove all the way there.

Absolutely love the new stadium. Really any seats are great seats. Food was almost as delicious as the players.

The lady in the box office saved us! A family member had given us tickets to a game but told us the wrong date. We didn’t notice until we got there and were turned away. The box office lady was same to help us switch them. What a miracle! Turned a potentially negative experience for my young kids into a great one.
Clean nice facility easy to get to.
I go to baseball games for the experience, even though Bees in my general experience kind of suck.
A better DJ or fan engagement experience is what I would recommend. The Crowd pulse doesn’t do much, when there’s not much going on consistently to engage fans.
I dig ballpark food though! Would be pretty fun to see some exclusive, even outrageous, take on a hot dog.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating despite it being freezing out! Everyone had a smile on
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food for the diamond club was alright. Nothing to be excited about. My big disappointment was that it was the debut of the Dirty Sodas but nothing was special about it. No give aways at the entrance, no special 1st night merchandise. It was pretty boring and blah.

Took my boys. The weather turned terrible at the end of the game, But we had a great time. Very grateful to Emily our representative for getting the extra ticket last minute
The game was postponed very late and we were at stadium. Our seats were in a company field box. We decided to go in and snack since we were told the food was being delivered. Must to our surprise, while we were in the box a few players and the coach stopped by the box to say hi and thanked us for being there. It was a great experience, and we even got pictures with the players. Nice personal touch to turn a late postponed game into a very positive experience.
