Customer Testimonials
Although it was cold, we had a great time. It was easy to get there and parking was a breeze.
It was fun to watch a game and get a treat together as a family.
Very nice facility
Everything! The only thing I wish is that we could get food delivered to our seat I’d even pay extra!!!
It was fun and there was allot to do!
It was fun! A little cold but normal for this time of year.
Parking was easy and it nice how many amenities are so close
Great family friendly area to have fun.
Great experience
It was like bringing a little of Luminaria closer to home while having its own unique feel.
Lots to do. Fun playground for the older kids. However it would be nice if you had a playground for smaller children to play at.
The park has easy parking and easy to enter the ballpark. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food during the ball season was really good. There are activities for kids to enjoy while they are there. My family attended a night of lights recently and enjoyed the park and activities provided. It was topped off by participating at the “Giving Machines”.
We enjoyed the Lights at Am First Ballpark. We went with 2 complimentary tickets and a discount code for the other 7 we purchased. Honestly, we wouldn't be able to go without those freebies/codes. As we left the park, another group asked if it was worth the price. I said yes, but also shared the discount code. We enjoyed the reindeer racing, train ride, and snowballs at the Yeti with our grandkids. Receiving a small bell was an added bonus.
It’s well thought out and has so much to offer.
It was engaging, a beautiful way to spend a summer evening, and great fun! The views are perfect, concessions are delicious, and a great value for family fun!
The lights and all the activities were so fun. Loved the reindeer guess who, the believe bells, the lights on the field. Well done and super fun. It was a bit pricey though. Prob wouldn’t pay that every year.
Nice facility
The venue was incredibly nice.
The staff made our experience so much better!
its a very nice stadium and its a fun for families for all ages
My dancers had such a wonderful experience performing at Holiday Lights! All the employees were so friendly, organized, and easy to work with. I appreciate all the updates and emails to check-in and make sure that we knew when to arrive, how to get tickets, and what the overall plan was. I am very impressed with the quality of production. Thanks for the opportunity!
Lots of options for things to do, so that there was never too many people at one place
We had a great time at the lights at the Ballpark. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great job!
Overall, we truly loved the experience. The stadium is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the bathrooms were consistently clean. We were genuinely excited to attend the games all season. We also understand this was the first season and that there are growing pains, so we wanted to share a few areas where we felt improvements could be made.
Parking:
We were sold on a VIP parking experience, but many games we found ourselves waiting in the same line as guests paying cash for the same lot. This often caused long delays, especially when staff would stop the line to give directions or redirect cars. We would have loved a clearly designated, continuous VIP parking lane extending back to the main road for pass holders. Overall, parking felt a bit unorganized throughout the season.
Diamond Club seating & access:
We sat in Diamond Club 1, and almost every game we experienced people sitting in seats that were not theirs, including guests without wristbands or from other areas of the stadium. Unfortunately, staff never enforced the wristbands or asked people to move. We also regularly saw guests from the upper levels come down, sit in Diamond Club seats, and access free food, openly commenting that “no one checks.” Given the number of staff present, this was frustrating and took away from the premium experience.
Food & beverage experience:
The food overall was just okay. We were disappointed with much of the Diamond Club food, which at times felt less fresh and more like day-old offerings. The idea is there, but execution could improve. The area seems big enough, but actually dishing up food was very crowded. We did love the games that included Cracker Jack bags — it felt nostalgic and fun — and wish that was offered at every game. Additionally, it was frustrating that drink service in the Diamond Club area closed before the game ended. We attended at least one extra-inning game where all we wanted was water, and even that wasn’t available. Beverage service — at least water — should remain available through the final inning.
Terrace Club:
We did enjoy access to the Terrace Club and overall had a good experience there. The food was decent, though our kids didn’t love the options, and we’re not entirely sure how best to improve that area. The carving station was only available at 2 games we attended.
Overall, we had a great season and are excited about the future. With some improvements in organization, staff enforcement, food quality, and premium-experience consistency, this could be an exceptional offering.
The holiday lights at America First Ballpark were absolutely magical. ✨ From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. The displays were beautiful, festive, and so well done, and the atmosphere felt truly special. We loved every single minute of it and would absolutely do it again. Such a fun holiday experience for all ages—highly recommend!
